Champagne/Sparkling Wine Tasting at the Cheese Shop

Our fourth wine tasting of the semester will be held on Thursday, April 1 at 7:30 at the Cheese Shop. This tasting will be a comparative tasting of Champagne and Sparkling Wines from around the world in addition to samples of cheese.

The wines that will include a Grand Cru vineyard from the Champagne region in France, a Spanish Cava, two California Sparkling WinesРone made the traditional French method and the other made with modern techniques, an Italian Prosecco, and a Ros̩ sparkling wine from South Africa.

The price to attend this tasting will be $20 for members and $25 for guests.

If you are interested in attending, please confirm your place by e-mailing winesociety@wm.edu as soon as possible. This tasting will be limited to only twelve people.*
