Our fourth wine tasting of the semester will be held on Thursday, April 1 at 7:30 at the Cheese Shop. This tasting will be a comparative tasting of Champagne and Sparkling Wines from around the world in addition to samples of cheese.
The wines that will include a Grand Cru vineyard from the Champagne region in France, a Spanish Cava, two California Sparkling Wines– one made the traditional French method and the other made with modern techniques, an Italian Prosecco, and a Rosé sparkling wine from South Africa.
